Prices and Payment
Prices shown are in Australian dollars and include GST at 10% where applicable. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We will accept payment by Direct Bank Transfer, details available on request. Currently we do not ship to addresses outside of Australia. For more information about international orders please contact us.
In order to combat card fraud we may ask for additional ID or make special arrangements for delivery where a signature is required. We can only ship to the address of the registered card holder unless prior arrangements have been specially agreed with us. Occasionally we may ask for bank transfer rather than credit card purchase for some items.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to send you the contact details of your chosen Audiologist within 24 hours if ordered between Monday and Friday (9am-5pm). We aim to return the manufactured hearing protectors to your chosen Audiologist within 28 days from the date of your impression taking appointment. We will inform you by email when the hearing protectors have been dispatched. Your order will only be processed once we have cleared funds.
Credit Card Security

‘ACS’ branded products are supplied with a two year warranty against defective manufacture from the date of sales invoice. If at any time during the term of your warranty you feel your ACS hearing protectors are defective, send them to us and we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. Customer pays return shipping.
We will repair/remake under this policy, as necessary except for:
Damage due to abuse
Cable damage
Blockage due to wax or debris in earpiece
Attempts to rectify by unauthorised persons.
