How do you purchase custom made earplugs online?
- Choose your earplug. Please call (1800 EARPLUGS) or email (sales@earplugonline.com.au) if you require technical assistance in selecting the correct earplug product/filter.
- click on the buy now button or enter the shopping cart via the Webshop menu
- complete the required registration information
- complete the purchase/delivery process
- you will need to visit one of our audiologiss with your receipt of payment (150+ Australia wide) to get an impression made of your ear canal.
- the audiologist will send the imprint to our laboratory where we will manufacture your custom earplugs. this usually takes about 1 week.
- we will send your earplugs back to your audiologist who will contact you to arrange collection of your earplug. The audiologist will ensure that you are aware of how to correctly insert/remove the earplug.
- We will keep your imprints for 12 months, should you require replacements.
